From time to time as you know I, I like to reach out to you guys for any questions you may have, which I answer in my "Ask Lennox" videos. So here's your chance to send me any ONE question you want that I canl answer in my next episode.
(It doesn't have to be about boxing)
The best or most frequently asked questions are what I will try to answer. Make sure that you check out the previous episodes though because I won't be answering questions I already answered in any previous episodes.
